In May 2019, we received an inquiry from a Singapore company about pipe fittings, flanges and other products. We quickly arranged salesmen to communicate and follow up with the company. Later, I learned that the customer is a multinational trader who has the intention to purchase a batch of pipeline equipment products for a liquefied natural gas transmission project in Indonesia. We asked the customer for details and requirements of the products we purchased, and provided a reasonable quotation promptly.

After many communications with the customer, the customer came to our company for inspection in September 2019 and gave a high evaluation on our production facilities and workshop management. We also introduced WH's outstanding achievements in the field of energy engineering over the years, which won the recognition and praise from customers. The factory inspection was successful in a harmonious atmosphere, which laid a solid foundation for the follow-up cooperation.
