German customer audit

In August 2019, we received an inquiry from a German company about purchasing pipe fittings through the website. This inquiry puts high demands on the back arc of the elbow.

Everyone knows that both the pipeline and the seamless elbow are subjected to a lot of pressure during operation. In general, the safety factor of the thickness of the seamless elbow designed and installed is about six times. Taking a medium-pressure pipeline as an example, the maximum operating pressure of the elbow is PN6.4. Therefore, the elbow used in the medium-pressure pipeline is guaranteed to withstand at least the pressure above PN30.
