When connecting pipes with flanges from Flange Fitting Supplier, the constructor should perform the following operations on the flange connections. For flange connection, it should be operated in the transport medium, pressure and operating temperature.

1. Where the pipe section and the pipe section are connected by flange or the pipe is connected with the flange valve, the standard flange must be selected according to the design requirements and working pressure. The flange sealing surface and gasket should be inspected before installation, and there should be no defects such as scratches that affect the sealing performance.

2. For flanged pipes, the flange face should be perpendicular and concentric with the pipe centerline. The flanges should be parallel, and the deviation should not be greater than 1.5‰ of the outer diameter and not more than 2mm.

3. The type, thickness and specifications of the flange gasket (liner) should meet the design requirements. The flat flange should be concentric with the pipe diameter, should not be deflected, and should not protrude into the pipe. The outer edge should be evenly close to all bolt holes.
