What are the maintenance methods for elbows Pipe Fitting?

Elbow such as the Seamless Elbow maintenance method:

(1) The bolts of the elbow valve packing gland should be tightened evenly and should not be pressed into a smashing state to prevent the trap from hindering the valve stem movement or causing leakage.

(2) Apply the handwheel to the elbow such as the Welded Elbow. Do not use levers or other tools to avoid damage to the valve. The handwheel is twisted clockwise to block, and vice versa.

(3) The elbows for long-term storage of elbows shall be inspected on schedule. The general processing details of the exposed joints shall be cleaned and the roots shall be cleaned. The elbow manufacturers shall be stored neatly in the indoor air-dried premises. It is strictly prohibited to be stacked or stored in the open air.

(4) When the ball valve, globe valve and gate valve of the elbow are used, they are only fully open or fully closed, and are not promised to be used for adjustment, so as to avoid erosion of the sealing surface and accelerate wear. The gate valve and the upper thread stop valve have an inverted sealing device, and the hand wheel is screwed to the uppermost position to prevent the medium from leaking from the packing.
